A man was shot multiple times during a disturbance early Tuesday morning in a Mesquite apartment complex.
Mesquite police were called at about 2 a.m. to the the Peachtree Apartments in the 1400 block of Peachtree Road. Police had received reports of multiple people shouting and several gunshots, according to department spokesman Brian Parrish.
Parrish said several cars were involved with the disturbance, and the wounded man has not yet been identified. He was transported to Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.
His condition at this time is unknown.
