We are seeking highly motivated law students to join Two Sigma?s legal internship program. Given the opportunity to learn and contribute as a summer intern, you will experience firsthand the great breadth and complexity of work handled by our company?s legal team.
Your responsibilities may include participating in new business projects and initiatives (including the launch of new products, and legal and corporate entities); monitoring and revising the company?s offering materials and regulatory filings; and conducting special research and investigative projects maintaining the company?s research/regulatory library. You will also keep abreast and inform others of industry changes, relevant news articles and legal/regulatory updates, as well as review the company?s various contracts and other service provider agreements.
